The Space

The property has lift access through the complex and stair access around the side of the house. The open-plan living hub stakes its claim at the front of the property, with banks of glass offering a framed outlook to the treescape, ocean and beyond. It is a fitting canvas for the indoor space, artfully appointed with timber furnishings, and coastal embellishments.

Open in design, the conversation can drift through the living space, dining, and kitchen, whilst the indoor spaces seamlessly flow out onto the expansive terrace.

1/25 Park Crescent is a short stroll from the main Sunshine Beach Village. The Sunshine Beach village has a great selection of fine dining, cafes, and bars,

The beach is patrolled 365 days a year and there is access to the Noosa National Park at the northern end. From here you can walk around the coast to Hastings Street and Noosa’s Main Beach.

This apartment is on the second level and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. There is however a short staircase within the apartment to enter to open-plan living.
