A scenic timber boardwalk leads you to the nearby beach, while local favourites such as the Chalet and Co Café and the charming village of Sunshine Beach are just a leisurely stroll away. For fine dining and boutique shopping, Noosa Junction and Hastings Street are a short drive from your doorstep.

The Space

As you enter through the gated entry, walking past the expansive outdoor pool area, the Mediterranean-inspired facade instantly transports you to a holiday state of mind.

Entering the front door, you will find the first guest bedroom, complete with a queen bed, a recently renovated ensuite, and views out onto the front porch. Descending a small set of stairs into the second bedroom, you will discover a shared living space, complete with a queen bed at the far end, a smart TV, and a lounge. Here, doors open out onto the paved terrace and garden area.

Outside is a separate modern studio featuring a king-sized bed, ensuite, and sitting area for ultimate comfort and privacy. Surrounded by a terrace with seating, it’s the ideal spot to spend your afternoon with a book. A separate bathroom is located just outside of the studio.

Via the main house, ascending to the middle level is two additional guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms share access to a large Mediterranean-inspired balcony, providing views and coastal breezes. One complete with a queen bed, and the other with two king singles. This level features a central bathroom, powder room, and laundry facilities.

The upper level boasts an expansive open-plan living area, featuring electric blinds and a cosy fireplace under the TV. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with three stools and modern appliances, while the dining table for six is complemented by a large mirror. Step outside onto the large deck overlooking the pool, perfect for alfresco dining or lounging in the sunshine.

The pièce de résistance of this residence is the master retreat. Accessed through the luxury walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, it boasts a freestanding bath, double shower, and double basin, all enhanced by LED lights to create an ambiance of luxury and relaxation. Ascend through the open wardrobe to the private master bedroom, where a private balcony awaits, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.
