The Space

The staircase, adorned with custom balustrades, becomes a sculptural centerpiece. Taking the stairs or elevator down a level, the space, open in design, hosts the heart of the home. Here coffered ceilings add an added layer of sophistication, creating a canvas for the interplay of light and shadow to dance. 

Step into a sophisticated living space where classic and contemporary styles converge seamlessly. The custom-made marble fireplace, three 4-seater linen sofas, designer chandeliers, built-in shelving, and a designer rug create an exquisite blend of luxury and comfort. 

The central kitchen emerges as a culinary masterpiece. Every detail, from the expansive layout to the finishes, is an ode to individuality, ensuring a space that is as functional as it is visually stunning. At the heart of this space stands a 5 metre long custom Carrara marble island bench, an impressive centerpiece adorned with 3 designer pendant lights. Other features include the integration of a subzero fridge/freezer, two comfort lift dishwashers, 6 breakfast bar stools, a large farmhouse sink and the instant filtered hot/chilled/sparkling water tap. Nestled behind the kitchen is a generously sized chef’s pantry and laundry space, characterised by a wall of windows that offer views of the herb garden. This functional area is equipped with a third dishwasher and a second integrated fridge, providing convenience for those hosting celebrations or employing a private chef. 

The open-plan dining room offers panoramic views of the pool and adjacent rainforest. A designer chandelier, suspended gracefully above, adds a touch of opulence to the space, while the expansive dining setting accommodates 12-14 people, creating an inviting atmosphere for shared meals and gatherings. Enhancing the seamless integration with nature are custom floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which open onto the tiled pool area featuring signature floating daybeds and a spa. 

For those who desire outdoor dining, Step through the doors into a beautiful courtyard adorned with a teak dining suite that accommodates 8 guests. The space is enhanced by Travertine tiles, a built-in gas BBQ with a stone benchtop, a vine trellis, and an outdoor fireplace. Evenings in this space exude the charm of a luxurious Parisian setting. 

Here you will find the custom-built tiled pool with two signature floating upholstered daybeds, designed for both luxury and health. Cleaned using Silver and Copper to minimise chemicals, the pool boasts two sun lounges and three large outdoor umbrellas.

On the lower level you will also find guest bedroom 2, complete with a king bed, wardrobe space, and powder room sitting adjacent. 

On the upper level are four king & queen-size bedrooms and their accompanying ensuites. Each bedroom features Carrara marble-adorned bathrooms and double French doors that open out onto their own private Juliette balconies. 

The crown jewel of this residence is undeniably the primary suite. Stepping into this luxuriously spacious haven, one is greeted by a custom marble gas fireplace, French Oak Herringbone floorboards, designer rugs, two cream upholstered chaise lounges, and elegant designer chandeliers. The ensuite attached boasts a free-standing stone bath, a 3 metre long Carrara marble vanity, and an indulgent double rainwater shower. With a walk-in dressing room, you will find a central island and extensive layout, perfect for getting ready in. 

Step outside out into the tranquility of the private terrace. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a full-width terrace. Here, you can bask in the sun on two upholstered sun lounges or relax on two large upholstered lounges beneath the shade of an elegant umbrella. Sitting central to the bedrooms is a built-in infa-red sauna seating up 4 people.
