A 4-minute drive down the road takes you to the vibrant Peregian Beach village, known for its bustling restaurants, boutique shops, and pristine beaches. For a wider array of experiences, a 10 to 15-minute drive will take you to the renowned Noosa Region & Hasting Street.  

The Space

Upon entry, you’ll be welcomed by a light-filled open plan living thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the lush treescape, which gracefully borders the property. This orientation maximises natural light and refreshing cross breezes throughout the day. 

The kitchen, the heart of the home, sits central to the two living spaces and sleeping quarters. Complete with everything you need for your holiday, including a two-seater breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area accommodating up to 6 guests – perfect for more intimate gatherings. 

The first living area, situated at the front of the property, features a Smart TV, a comfortable leather sofa, and two occasional chairs. Adjacent to the dining area, you’ll find the second living space, furnished with two contemporary lounges, offering serene views of the lush tropical rainforest beyond. This space intentionally lacks a TV, creating a cosy spot for family games, reading, and enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings.

At the hallway’s far end, you’ll find the master suite, appointed with a queen-sized bed, a mirrored wardrobe extending from floor to ceiling, and a private ensuite bathroom. A door provides direct access to the backyard patio, creating a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and indulge in a good book.

Two additional bedrooms, complete with built-in robes, and direct access to the shared front patio, line the hallway. The second bedroom is complete with a king-single bed, and the third bedroom with a double bed. A shared bathroom centrally serves these bedrooms.

The fourth bedroom, located on the opposite side of the house, features a comfortable single bed and a built-in wardrobe. It also provides access to the backyard patio, which is shared with the second living room.

Featuring expansive outdoor patios encompassing the residence, there is abundant room to unwind, discover peace, or savour an afternoon drink with a loved one to the sound of birdsong. In the backyard, a fire pit awaits for cosy gatherings during cooler evenings. 

Please note the garage is not for guest use, however, there is room for 2 cars on the driveway or ample street parking.
