The Space 

Entering via stairs on the ground level to the first floor, you’ll discover a second living space, two guest bedrooms, and a bathroom. The two spacious carpeted bedrooms feature a queen in one bedroom and two king single beds in the other, built-in robes, high ceilings, and blinds. 

The queen bedroom provides direct access to the private tropical landscaped pool area, while a family-sized bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms offers a corner spa bath, separate shower, and a storage cupboard. Here you will find a second lounge area that opens to an undercover terrace with glimpses of the ocean to the south and east.

Ascending the stairs to the second level, relaxation comes effortlessly. A row of sliders seamlessly connects the open-plan living area to the undercover terrace spanning the width of the townhouse. Positioned to capture stunning views from Noosa National Park in the north, across the blue ocean along the eastern seaboard to Coolum and beyond, you can hear the waves breaking on the Peregian Beach foreshore, observe the surfers, or even look out for humpback whales heading north or south during the season.

The open-plan galley-style kitchen, adorned with stone-topped white cabinetry and a semi-island/breakfast bar, features premium appliances for the enthusiastic cook.
