The Space

The coastal townhouse stretches across three levels, with the entry placing you at the heart of the home. Here you will find the open plan living with a spacious lounge area, balcony, outdoor alfresco, modern kitchen, and dining area. The ebb and flow of the ocean seamlessly blend into the living space – you’ll be drawn to slow down and simply embrace the moment. Awash with natural light, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your family holiday.

Cleverly styled with outdoor chairs, the sun-filled balcony welcomes intimate conversation over a morning coffee or early evening drinks. Capturing the northern sunlight, with an east aspect, you can enjoy both views out to the ocean and overlooking the complex swimming pool.

The adjoining private courtyard with the BBQ is located off the kitchen and is under cover so you can enjoy it throughout the entire year.

High-pitched ceilings and chic styling come into play as you ascend the stairs. Here you will find the sleeping quarters and main bathroom. The master suite is to your left, offering ocean aspects that make for the perfect backdrop. Complete with a wardrobe, air-conditioning, and a queen bed, you can enjoy the sound of waves as you drift to sleep. Bedroom 2 sits adjacent and is complete with 2 single beds. A versatile airconditioned loft room is attached, where you can climb up the stairs to find another single bed. Please note this loft space is not suitable for young children and there is no safety barrier.

The modern main bathroom sits between the two bedrooms and has a bath/shower and toilet.

Located on the ground entry level are the garage and laundry. Parking for 1.

6/4 Park Crescent is 300m from the main Sunshine Beach Village. Sunshine Beach village has a great selection of fine dining, cafes, and bars. The property is also only 130 meters from the front beach or 250 meters to a patrolled surf beach via a path and boardwalk from Park Crescent. The beach is patrolled 365 days a year and there is access to the Noosa National Park at the northern end. From here you can walk around the coastline to Hastings Street and Noosa’s Main Beach or take a short drive there.
