Next to this is the kitchen which features gorgeous Caesar stone benches and a distinctive hanging feature light above the island bench. This ultra-modern kitchen has beautifully designed cupboards and new appliances.

Back inside, take the stairs down to the middle level where you will find the main bedroom with king size bed, showcasing a unique dressing area. A walk-in robe is hidden behind mirrored doors and the chest of drawers also acts as a bench and a divide between the bed and the robe. Sliding doors open onto a small balcony. The modern ensuite has a shower and tasteful gold taps and handles.
The second bedroom has 2 king single beds, which can be joined into one to make a king, a built-in wardrobe and a unique view to the front garden bank under the boardwalk entry. The bathroom next door has a shower and laundry facilities tucked away behind doors.
Down the stairs, which is well-lit by a high window, is access to the garage which has space for 2 cars ( 1 big and 1 small ) and entry to Webb Street, and a path direct to Sunshine Beach.
Ceiling fans and air conditioning is throughout the property.
