Sleeping up to four guests, the two-level apartment is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday, a family vacation, or a romantic getaway. It’s newly built and tucked into a boutique complex in a peaceful pocket where the loudest sounds are the birds and the waves. So you can soak up the rejuvenating atmosphere Peregian is famous for.

 

The Space

Entering through your own private courtyard, you are welcomed into the home by timber stairs leading up to a bright and breezy open plan living area on the second level.

This is the heart of your holiday home. It’s a generous space, designed for leisure and furnished for comfort, with double sofas and a smart TV. The oak flooring, warm neutral furnishings and natural light set the tone for nothing but relaxation. Ocean breezes, drawn through the twin balconies that bookend the space, complete the seaside getaway sensation.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen, with expansive design and quality appliances to delight any cook. Plentiful seating allows congregation and conversation to flow across the space, with meals served casually at the island bench, around the 6-person dining table, or outside on the covered balcony.

This north-east facing balcony welcomes the winter sun and offers views of sparkling ocean and beyond. Relax with a coffee on the outdoor lounge or enjoy dining in the open air. Alternatively, try the other balcony for sunset drinks on the comfy outdoor seating. 

When it’s time to retire, head downstairs to your sleeping quarters. The guest bedroom opens onto your courtyard and sleeps 2 guests. It’s ideal for the younger ones – they can choose to sleep in the bunk bed or enjoy a single bed each*.

Next door is the main bathroom, with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and basin. There’s also a washing machine and dryer for guest use.

An intimate living area sits central. It’s the perfect nook for curling up with a book or for the younger ones to enjoy a movie.

The master suite, complete with queen bed, built-in robe and spacious, beautifully appointed ensuite, is located at the far end of the level for added privacy. 

Open the sliding glass doors and step onto your alfresco dining area and pool deck, perfect for savouring Noosa’s subtropical climate. Enjoy a refreshing dip in your own private pool, sunbathe on the banana lounges, or get the BBQ sizzling. Or if it’s a dawn ocean dip you’re chasing, or maybe sunset moments on a picnic rug on the sand, your beautiful local beach is just a short shoeless stroll away.

Air conditioning and fans are throughout the property. There’s a covered carport for one car.

When you’re ready to explore vibrant Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, a 12-minute drive along David Low Way will get you there. And golf enthusiasts will enjoy easy access to quality golf courses like Mt. Coolum, Peregian Springs, and Noosa Springs.
