Enjoy lofty north-eastern views over central Sunshine Beach and out to sea from this luxurious elevated apartment at 1/39 Duke Street. Situated a stone’s throw from the cafes, bars and restaurants of Sunshine Beach, and a 5-minute stroll to the patrolled beach, you can’t get any more central than this.
”Sails” is a brand new building consisting of only two luxuriously appointed and spacious apartments. Apartment 1 is below Apartment 2 and both share a pool at the back of the property. Arranged on one level, this is the perfect layout for families to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday in Sunshine Beach.
The apartment has an open plan living area and modern fully equipped kitchen with butlers pantry. The living room opens to the indoor/outdoor terrace area and enjoys views of the ocean. It offers guests an outside area to use in both dry and wet weather conditions – equipped with a BBQ, bar table and comfy outdoor lounge furniture.
A media room/2nd lounge with huge SmartTV, BluRay player and TelstraTV is located towards the rear of the apartment. This is a great place to retreat for the kids or adults. A good selection of board games and DVDs are provided for guests to enjoy.
The second and third bedrooms are also located at the rear, and both have their own ensuites with showers. One room has a King bed and the other 2 x King singles, which can be made to a King on request. The media room and bedrooms can be closed off from the rest of the apartment via a large sliding door.
The master bedroom with King bed is spacious and has a travertine tiled ensuite with bathtub, double vanities and separate shower. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, in addition to their own air-conditioning controls. Louvred windows throughout allow plenty of airflow.
There is a laundry in the apartment with washer and dryer and a powder room and study nook off the kitchen and hallway.
The internal stairs provide access to the shared pool area with daybeds.
