About this property

Seaviews at 12 Seaview Terrace in Sunshine Beach is an architecturally designed 3-bedroom beach house spread over 2 levels. Offering stunning panoramic ocean views it is a short stroll down the hill to the beach and less than a 10-minute walk to the main village.

The house was designed by the iconic Maurice Hurst and has been stylishly furnished to reflect its coastal surroundings. Light pours in through the multitude of floor to ceiling windows and glass doors while surrounding trees provide privacy. This is a lovely colourful and comfortable holiday home.

The timber floored entrance level is given over to the main living area with comfortable lounge suite, dining to seat 8 and gourmet kitchen. Or dine alfresco and enjoy the views on the elevated deck with outdoor dining, daybeds and BBQ.

A separate lounge area with SmartTV & DVD player adjoins the kitchen and master suite, with Queen bed and ensuite with shower. Enjoy ocean views and starry nights from the comfort of bed – the room can be shut off from the rest of the house or the french doors left open for maximum airflow.

Downstairs is a second spacious lounge area with SmartTV that opens out onto the lower deck area. There is a small inbuilt kitchenette. This is a great kids retreat allowing parents to relax upstairs.

The generously sized kids’ room has a bunk bed and 2 x Singles, to sleep 4 in total. Doors open out onto the lower deck. The 3rd guest room has a Queen bed and external access to the front of the house. These rooms share a bathroom with shower (no bath).

Seaviews will become a firm favourite to return to year after year and is ideally suited for 2 couples or 1-2 small families looking for somewhere close to the beach.

Families with very small children should note that there is no safety gate on the stairs. The property is not enclosed but there is a small yard at the rear of the property, in addition to the lower deck area.
