Located on a quiet and highly sought-after street, you can be in the iconic Hastings Street within minutes to discover some of the best restaurants, cafes, and boutique shopping that the Noosa region has to offer. Enjoy a day in the pristine waters of Noosa Main Beach, located only a short 5 minute walk from the property or opt for a cruisy walk along the Noosa River.


The Space

The award-winning Stephen Kidd has created a sun-soaked house boasting a spacious atrium and high ceilings, filling the house with an abundance of natural light.

The main living area opens onto the outdoor patio and offers a selection of comfortable lounges to sit and take in the cool coastal breeze.

Designed to make the most of the enticing pool outlook, the large entertainer’s kitchen is positioned central to foster conversation and congregation. Well equipped, this kitchen is complete with modern appliances and has everything you need for your holiday.

Choose between the 8-person indoor dining table or enjoy alfresco dining for 8 on those warm summer nights. Here you can relax with your loved ones, bask in the sun, enjoy a dip in the pool and run around with the kids on the spacious backyard.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, with the master suite residing on the upper level with a King bed and large ensuite. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, whilst bedrooms 2 and 3 are fit with two single beds each. All rooms are complete with a split system air conditioning and ceiling fans. These bedrooms each frame a stunning view of the tropical garden and pool. Open the sliding doors to take advantage of the outdoor indoor living.

A spacious main bathroom sits between the bedrooms and offers a double walk-in shower and built-in bath. A powder room sits central and is located next to the fully equipped laundry.

Two additional lounge areas are situated on this level, offering flat screen TV’s, Foxtel, DVD players and a large range of DVD’s, novels, children’s books, and games.

The spacious master suite on the upper level features a King bed, built-in robe and ensuite with a shower and vanity. This level overlooks the expansive pool area and tropical outlook.
