With various outdoor entertaining areas and a large pool, this property is perfect for a family or group of friends to appreciate a holiday together. The house sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms.

The waterfront residence has been perfectly designed to foster indoor-outdoor living. It offers several spaces for everyone to unwind and enjoy the best of Noosa’s climate and lifestyle.

The space

Nestled at the end of one of Noosa Sound’s most exclusive streets, a large gate opens to the property where there is space for two cars in the secure double garage. Walking to the door you’ll pass an array of palm trees and bright weatherboard exterior.

Upon entering the spacious foyer, you are welcomed with views through the residence and into the open living space. The main living area offers a selection of comfortable lounges, a timber coffee table, and a TV. The ample space takes advantage of the cool breeze and enticing pool view. Ultra-sleek, the fully equipped kitchen features top of the range appliances, including a wine fridge and gas stove top. You’ll delight in preparing meals on the huge marble bench tops.

Open the awning window onto the generous outdoor dining area, allowing you to cook and entertain at the same time. This is a delightful space to enjoy the leafy pool views and fresh river air. The extensive pool area is the perfect place to soak up the sub-tropical weather and stunning environment.

Enjoy use of your own private jetty to explore the river, have a fish, or take a refreshing dip. This outdoor area, fitted with a dining table over the river is an entertainers’ dream.

On the north side of the house you’ll find the first expansive master bedroom, featuring a king bed, TV, walk in wardrobe, and a modern ensuite. Two large sliding doors can be fully opened to enjoy the luxuriant courtyard view and access to the pool.

Walking to the bedroom, you’ll pass the modern laundry and guest bathroom which are located adjacent from each other.

The second master suite is situated on the south side of the house, offering a king bed, sitting area, large ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe, with clear louvers to the enjoy the garden view. The luxurious ensuite notably features a walk-in rain shower and double vanities.

At the other end of the house, is another spacious lounge area with two leather sofas, two chairs and TV, which is an inviting area for everyone to come together and watch a film. Just off the lounge is the large main dining area, seating 10 guests, with views of the private garden.

On the upper level, there are three bedrooms, a main bathroom, a living area, and outdoor dining patio. Upon entering, the upper level immediately captures the perfect abundance of natural light throughout with the clerestory windows.

The first bedroom includes two single beds, perfect for younger children. The second and third bedroom both comprise of a queen bed and sliding doors to their private verandas. Choose between bright garden views or the cooler breeze over the pool area.

All rooms have their own air-conditioning and ceiling fans, with the exception of the open kitchen and living space, which takes full advantage of the canal breeze.

Situated in the middle of the bedrooms is the large, family bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The bedrooms additionally share a central lounge area, perfect for the kids to entertain themselves, fit with a TV. Open the sliding doors to enjoy year-round alfresco dining on the private patio deck, with views of the leafy front entrance and street.

14 Wesley Court is a short easy walk to Hastings Street and Main Beach. Noosa Parade which runs along the river nearby is serviced by numerous local bus services which will take you around Noosa and beyond. Of course, with your own private pool and boat jetty you might not want to venture further than the front door during your stay here!

Please note: This pool is solar heated, meaning it does not get warm in winter as it will only get as warm as the day temperature.
