Big Sky at Sunrise at 15 Mariners Place is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in peaceful Sunrise Beach. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms this spacious pet-friendly residence offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out in, and offers a large attractive garden and pool area.
Ocean views, a perfect north-easterly aspect, multiple balconies, a cabana by the pool and lots of ventilation throughout, all combine to create an atmosphere akin with a tropical resort. Just kick off your shoes at the front door, relax, and let the holiday begin.
15 Mariners Place is completely fenced and securely gated, making it perfect for young families and those with pets. Parents can relax knowing that children are safe in the garden. This is also a great holiday home for a small group of friends who are looking to spend some quality time together.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, with the master and main living area on the upper level. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have quality Queen ensembles, and one has its own private balcony, while the 3rd has 2 x Singles. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning from the 1st of March 2024.
There are two bathrooms on the lower level, one with a deep bathtub and a shower with garden views, the other with a shower only. There is a separate WC also.
Also on this level is a media/lounge room with TV, one of two in the property. Open up the sliding doors to the outside deck and enjoy evening drinks while the kids cool off in the pool.
The master bedroom on the upper level features an island King bed, spacious walk-in robe and ensuite with shower and double vanities. The private balcony overlooks the pool and has lovely ocean views. The master bedroom will feature air conditioning from the 1st of March 2024.
A large main living area comprises a fully-equipped modern kitchen, dining to seat 6 with additional breakfast bar seating for 4, a comfortable lounge suite and two external deck areas. Open up all the doors and let the refreshing ocean breezes do their job. Every room in the house is fitted with timber shutters to give you control over breezes and light, whatever the season. The main living area will feature air conditioning from the 1st of March 2024.
Small dogs under 10kg are permitted, fees do apply. Please note that there is a small gap under the entrance gate that very small dogs may escape under. Guests should exercise caution if this is the case.
