- For the comfort of all guests, this property is designated for quiet holiday accommodation by mature adults or family groups. “Schoolies” events, parties, gatherings, or functions are strictly prohibited.
- Outside visitors are permitted subject to all local council regulations being abided to. Any breach of these regulations may result in the immediate removal of visitors and/or termination of the rental without refund or warning.
