The Space

From the moment you step inside, you feel instantly at ease. The townhouse has a garage with room for one car and street parking out the front for a second, and we just ask that guests and visitors park considerately, as it’s a quiet street.

Ascend the stairs to the open plan living and dining area. The kitchen takes centre stage, well appointed with modern appliances, gas cooktop, coffee machine and generous island bench with built in wine storage. The living and dining area is a sun-drenched, open-plan space underscored by soaring raked ceilings and high windows that pour natural light through the room. Whether you’re sharing a meal or unwinding on the plush couch in front of the TV after a day spent exploring Noosa, this is a cosy retreat for families and friends to enjoy.

Sliding doors draw the living space out to a large covered balcony, where a dining setting and BBQ invite long lunches and lazy afternoons with a leafy outlook. From here, a spiral staircase climbs to the home’s real showpiece: a private rooftop terrace with an additional dining area and sweeping ocean views. It’s the perfect place to watch the sun come up over the water or unwind with a glass of champagne at the end of the day. Between June and November, keep an eye out for whales passing offshore on their migration.

The walk down Avocet Parade brings you out at North Peregian Beach, with the lifeguard tower a little further along the sand. It’s a seasonally patrolled beach and patrol dates change year to year, so check the Beachsafe app for further information.
