Located in the sea-side village of Peregian Beach, you are just a 15-minute stroll from boutique shopping, fine dining, local markets, and bustling cafes. With the pristine sands and surf of Peregian Beach only a 3-minute walk from the townhouse, you truly get to experience the enviable beachside lifestyle.

 

The Space

Awash with natural light, coastal tones and stylish interiors, the property makes for a relaxing space. Entering through the galley-style kitchen into the open plan living. This well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your holiday and is perfect for cooking meals with the family.

The living area flows seamlessly outside with banks of glass opening out onto the covered entertaining deck. Here you can claim a seat on the stylish leather sofa, kick back, watch a film, or enjoy a good book.

The dining table seats 4 and is positioned centrally, or opt for a more relaxed dinner on the alfresco bar style seating. This area is perfect for those warm summer months, so you can take advantage of the soft ocean breezes and enjoy an afternoon drink. The kids will also enjoy the private grass courtyard to play on.

Sitting to the left side of the open plan living space you’ll find the two cosy bedrooms. The guest bedroom sleeps two on a triple bunk bed and is fitted with a built-in robe, bedside tables and a window that overlooks the front porch.

The master suite overlooks the alfresco area and is complete with a queen bed, bedside tables, and rattan coastal interiors. From here you can enjoy falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

The contemporary main bathroom is complete with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and basin. This townhouse also provides a washing machine for guest use. Please note there is no dryer.

Located a short 3-minute stroll from the beach, this quiet street is also close to everything you need for the perfect Noosa holiday. For those who want to visit the cosmopolitan Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, you are only a short 12-minute drive away. Or leave the car at home and enjoy the charming town of Peregian Beach. Situated only 2km away (15-minute walk) you can enjoy a patrolled beach, fine dining restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping plus a wonderful grocery store.

Air conditioning and fans are throughout the property. There is a covered carport available for one car.
