The Space

Entering through the ground level, ascend the stairs to the second level where a hallway leads you into the living space. With seating situated around the TV, a stunning timber feature wall, and a luxury built-in fireplace setting the scene for nothing but relaxation. Slide open the glass doors to the alfresco area where you will find an outdoor lounge and bar-style seating framed by captivating ocean views—a perfect setting for savouring coffee sunrises and champagne sunsets.

The kitchen sits centrally in the space and is embellished with white cabinetry, and high-quality appliances – offering everything you need and more for your holiday. You can opt for a breakfast-style dining experience at the kitchen bench or enjoy an intimate meal in the space behind the kitchen.

This area seamlessly connects to the outdoor space, separated only by wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. The focus will be drawn to the fairy lights adorning the sky, an outdoor living area, bar-style seating, and lush gardens. It’s an ideal spot for a private afternoon drink or indulging in your favourite book. We stayed here for a long weekend over New Year's with friends and a couple of grown-up kids. The location was the thing that brought us here, and it didn’t disappoint. Waking up to ocean views was very special, and easy access to the beach made early morning walks a fabulous start to our days. There is an abundance of living spaces inside and out and this spacious home accommodated us all beautifully without ever feeling like we were on top of each other, while also allowing us to come together comfortably for shared meals. We were able to completely open up the home to let the ocean breezes wash through, and at every turn, the blue of the sea and the sky was a balm for the busy year that had just ended. The kitchen was very well-appointed, and there wasn’t anything we needed that hadn’t been thought of. The bedrooms were all super comfortable with a relaxed holiday vibe, and having 3 sparkling fresh bathrooms meant one was always free when needed. With easy access to local shops and Noosa, we were able to pop out for a taste of the local community when we felt like it, but being able to sit and soak in the peace of the ocean in this beautiful home has us looking forward to coming back soon.

This ‘stunning’ house was ours during a stay in January. ☀️ ‘Everything’ about it was amazing in every way!! Ocean views from the master bedroom and also the dining/ entertaining deck with beautiful modern outdoor furniture. An incredible pool, lovely modern features and high end appliances. Fully self contained and filled with everything you’d need in a kitchen. Suits a family or a group of friends. Lovely comfy beds and bedrooms wth the master/ensuite ‘incredible’! Every part both inside and out was immaculate, clean and inviting. The photos are amazing to show case this accomodation but actually living in it was breathtaking.
