This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment sleeps up to 6 guests and is located on Level 1 of the ‘Pieces’ apartment complex. The apartment is positioned at the end of Peza Court nestled on the curve of the canal, giving an emerald viewpoint of the river panoramically.

This apartment sits precisely between the bustling Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, only a 5-minute drive either way. After a day of exploring, you can retreat to the quiet of your prestigious apartment.

The space

Drive through the secure gates of the complex and you will find your covered designated car space. There unit 2 is accessed via a single straight run of stairs from the car park.

With an expansive open living and dining area there’s an abundance of space to chill out and unwind, with a six-seater dining table, three-seater couch, single armchair, and a 75-inch smart TV. Furnished perfectly for comfort and conversation.

The living area opens out to a generously sized balcony overlooking the spectacular Noosa River. With seating for 6, equipped with a Weber Q BBQ and built-in outdoor lounge, it’s the perfect place for alfresco dining of an afternoon. Sit on the balcony with the family, enjoying the peaceful and natural surroundings.

You will be instantly drawn into the modern and expansive kitchen, featuring polished marble benches, marble splash-back, and bar-style seating on the island bench. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, with new and high-quality appliances throughout, including a Nespresso machine (original size). The warm lights and soft furnishing effortlessly bring you comfort.

The master bedroom comprises of a King bed and looks out to the river through the plantation shutters or the sliding doors that meet the outdoor terrace. A door takes you to the ensuite that holds a shower and toilet, whilst the walk-in wardrobe is to the right.

On the opposite side of the apartment, you’ll find the built-in laundry, with a washer and dryer, two bedrooms, and a main bathroom. The spacious second bedroom has a double bed, a study, built-in cupboards, and shutter windows. The third bedroom includes a double bed, built-in cupboards, and plantation shutters. Between the bedrooms is the separate toilet, and the main bathroom with a bath, shower, and basin.

Take your private stairs from the outdoor balcony to the shared pool looking over the river. The complex offers a shared BBQ, a 10-person outdoor dining area, an outdoor shower, and an expansive green lawn. This complex has everything you need for the perfect Noosa holiday.

Located in the heart of the Noosa, you are in the middle of everything that Noosa is notorious for. Spend a day at the stunning river where you can hire stand-up paddle boards and boats, walk along the Gympie Terrace or stop in for a relaxing bite to eat. Travel less than 5 minutes in the opposite direction to Noosa’s fabulous Hastings Street, where you can enjoy a day of five-star dining, boutique shopping, and swimming at some of the most exclusive beaches on the Sunshine Coast. This apartment is central to everything. Or leave the car at home, with some of Noosa’s finest restaurants only a 3-minute walk from your apartment. Lovely bright airy quality property in a fabulous position opposite Quamby Place right on the river and easy walking distance to Hastings St and Noosaville. Loved that the 3 bedrooms had queen beds which were all very comfortable. High quality appliances were provided. It all was true to the photos on the website.
