The space

As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by mesmerising views that seamlessly merge indoors with outdoors. The property is awash with natural light and draws in the sea air through the banks of glass panes and louvres.

The soft warm tones running throughout the open space, along with the high ceilings and wooden furnishings emanate treetop living. The modern kitchen has stone bench tops, breakfast bar, a Smeg gas hob and all the latest appliances.

The dining area comfortably seats 8 and smoothly transitions into the lounge area, which has 2 leather sofas and a wall mounted TV. The entire living area is surrounded by windows and opens onto a huge, covered balcony, where there is seating for 8.

Here you will get a bird’s eye view across Hastings Street, the spectacular sapphire waters of Noosa Main Beach and beyond to the Hinterland. Seemingly perch within the treetops, surrounded by trees including Bunya pines, Quandongs and deciduous Figs.

From the balcony, you can enter the ultra-stylish king bedroom. Offering serenity and calm with high ceilings, soft timber and stone coloured décor and a quirky open, freestanding bath. A large, beautifully tiled ensuite with huge walk-in shower and double vanities radiates luxury. Along from here is a large walk in robe, where you can access the living area and a powder room next door.

Take the stairs down to the lower level, where you will find a fully equipped laundry, which opens out to a drying court. Next door is a quaint 2 king-single bedroom.

The second main queen bedroom mirrors the one from the upper level, and incudes a freestanding bath, ensuite with walk-in shower and double vanities, and walk in robe. Expect the same fabulous tones and attention to detail as the upper floor.

Fold-away doors open from the bedroom to the hallway, and into the second lounge room. This cosy space has a sofa, wall mounted TV and opens out onto the second balcony, which also has seating and beautiful views.

Sliding doors separate the lounge from another gorgeous queen-sized bedroom, which also has a huge walk in robe. This leads into a roomy, modern ensuite with a bath and shower.

There is ducted air conditioning and fans throughout.
