24 Netherby Rise is a spectacular 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachside house sleeping up to 8 guests, and is ideal for larger families. Stretching across three levels, this luxury home makes thoughtful use of natural amenities and is beautifully designed to frame the panoramic ocean views from every space. 

Offering guests an enviable beachside lifestyle, the rear garden opens out onto a walkway, leading you to the beach in just 2 minutes. Or take an easy walk to the charming village of Sunshine Beach for your local restaurants, cafés, and renowned surf club. For those who love the finer things, boutique shopping, fine dining, and pristine beaches are just a brief 10-minute drive away at Hastings Street.

The Space

Upon entering, your attention will be instantly drawn to the awe-inspiring ocean views serving as a stunning backdrop to the interior space. From here the stairs invite you up to the master retreat or down the stairs to the open living. 

The three guest bedrooms reside on the middle level. On the right wing, the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen bed and built-in robe. A large modern bathroom sits adjacent, complete with a double vanity, free-standing bath, toilet, and shower. On the left wing, the fourth bedroom is fitted with a double bed, and built-in robe with a separate bathroom adjacent. 

Sitting on its own private level, the master retreat can be considered its very own destination – offering breathtaking vistas of the ocean across the entire coastline. If a sunrise is what you’re chasing, you can enjoy it right from the luxury of your king-sized bed. Or if you prefer a good sunset, you can savour an afternoon beverage on your private balcony. This retreat boasts an expansive walk-in robe and luxury ensuite with a shower and double vanities.

On the lower level, lies the heart of the home in the spacious open-plan living. The living space lends itself to relaxation, where you can kick your feet up and enjoy a movie with the family.  Sliding doors open out onto the terrace, the north-facing position treats you to panoramic ocean views and soft ocean breezes. This expansive outdoor space is designed with leisure in mind. With ample outdoor seating, you can take a front-row seat and experience the starry nights, balmy days, and golden sunrises. Choose between a dip in the infinity pool, or venture to the soft sands of the beach, just moments away. With a gated entry from your backyard leading you down a pathway to the water – beachside living comes easy. 

The kitchen is embellished with white-stone-topped cabinetry, timber accents, and high-end appliances, enough to appease any passionate cook.  The practicalities of a holiday home play into the design, including a breakfast bar, a large dining table for 8, and a fully equipped laundry sitting adjacent.

A fully fenced lawn area ensures a safe environment for children to play freely and securely.

Please note that the studio/Gym and garage are not for guest use. 1 can fit in the secure gated driveway or ample street parking is available.
