Welcome to 26 Captains Court, a pet-friendly retreat featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests (8 upon request). Boasting ample room, an expansive outdoor entertainment area, and a deep lap pool, this residence encapsulates holiday living. 

This residence graces one of Sunrise Beach’s most esteemed streets, renowned for its collection of architectural marvels. Boasting an elevated position at the pinnacle, the home embraces a North-facing orientation, offering ocean views stretching from the Noosa National Park to the wide ocean beyond. Take advantage of walking distance to the iconic Sunshine and Sunrise villages, local shops, and pet-friendly beaches. 

The Space

This property stretches across two levels, with the open-plan living positioned around the ocean vista. The space comprises a dining set for 8, a comfortable lounge, TV,  breakfast bar seating for 4, and 2 outdoor areas. Here you can open up all the doors and let the refreshing ocean breeze drift in. Should you desire a more secluded setting to kick back and enjoy a movie, a media room is positioned here too. 

Sitting adjacent you’ll find the spacious stone kitchen, fully equipped to cater to your holiday needs. It seamlessly extends to a covered alfresco area, offering a delightful space for outdoor dining while witnessing the graceful passage of whales. From here you can enjoy evening drinks and BBQ all while keeping an eye on the children in the pool.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, with the master suite on the upper level. Both are complete with a wardrobe and street-facing views.

Bedroom 2 features a king bed, and Bedroom 3 with a queen bed. Adjacent to these is the fourth bedroom, furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and desk.  Please note this bedroom can be made to sleep 2 children (bunk bed) on a request basis – a surcharge however will apply to configure the bedroom.  These bedrooms share a main galley-style bathroom with an open basin area, separate powder room, and bathroom. 

Crafting a private sanctuary of its own, the master suite occupies an entire level. Complete a king-sized bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite adorned with a shower, bath, and double vanity. Adding to its allure is a secluded balcony offering a picturesque panorama of the ocean that can be seen from the comfort of your bed. 

Only a few minutes’ direct walk to the beach via the under-path tunnel finds stretches of pristine pet-friendly golden beachfront perfect for swimming, surfing, or building sandcastles. Simply stroll a little further to find yourself at the renowned Sunshine Beach village and its ever-popular cafes, you can catch the shuttle back from the Sunshine Beach Surf Lifesaving Club. 

Pets are welcome inside and outside the home. The property is gated. There is also a $110 pet levy for each pet approved.
