Sleeping up to 6 guests, this 3-bedroom holiday home is located on a quiet, leafy street. Conveniently located, a scenic 7-minute drive to Hastings Street and Peregian Beach Village, and less than 10-minutes’ walk to beautiful Castaways Beach, with safe access via the under-road pathway.

The space

Enter the property through the unique, turquoise double door and take the stairs to the relaxed open-plan living area. Emanating beach vibes throughout, the artwork, furnishings and décor mimics the coastal environment with the colours of the sand, sea and sun.

There is dining for six opposite the lounge area, complete with two large sofas, TV and quirky surfboard coffee table. The quaint kitchen is cosily tucked in the corner, with plenty of bench space to prepare meals and three bar stools, great for socialising.

Choose between two balconies to unwind on with a drink or a book. One looks over the front garden and has seating for two and the other looks over the pool and back garden and has seating for four.

Through the archway behind the open-plan living space is a separate toilet and the spacious main bedroom. Featuring a queen bed, a huge walk-in robe and ensuite with shower, this bedroom overlooks the garden and is a quiet retreat to get a great night’s sleep.

Downstairs is a separate toilet and open laundry area with outdoor access to the clothesline and garden. Both bedrooms overlook the garden, offering tranquility, and open onto the undercover outdoor deck. The first bedroom has two single beds, TV, shelving and drawer unit, and the second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and built-in robe. A family bathroom with a shower over bath is next door.

Boasting a secluded and calming garden, you’ll feel a world away in this private setting, adjoining the Noosa National Park. It’s the ideal environment to enjoy a BBQ in the undercover dining area for six. The gated swimming pool and lawn areas are encased by a tropical outlook, and you have direct access to the National Park from the garden.

Ceiling fans are in every room and split system air conditioning is in the open plan living area and main bedroom.

There’s a double car garage with internal access and additional parking on the drive.
