31 Whale Drive is all about the location! Situated in the peaceful northern enclave of Sunshine Beach, it is nestled next to the magnificent Noosa National Park. With just a 10-minute walk through Dolphin Bay Park to the beautiful Sunshine Beach, you can fully immerse yourself in beach life.

Sleeping up to 6 guests, this 3-level property has plenty of space for the whole family. With a swimming pool and large garden, making the most of the Sunshine Coast’s gorgeous weather is easy.

Leave the car behind and in less than 20-minutes you can walk to Duke Street, where there is a selection of restaurants and cafés.

The space

Enter the property by the side of the double garage and down a few steps into the front garden where you will see the gated, north facing pool area. Step inside the house and take a few stairs up to the first level into the neutral-toned, lounge and dining area, featuring polished timber flooring.

The lounge area features two sofas, TV and a large rug, making this a cosy area to unwind. This leads into the relaxed dining space which has seating for 8. From here you can go out onto the decking, where there’s seating for 6. Enjoy a BBQ, while looking out onto the pool and green surrounds.

The kitchen is next to the dining area and has everything you need. Back towards the entrance is the main bedroom, featuring a queen bed, built in wardrobe and looks out onto the back garden. It includes a huge ensuite with a shower.

Take the stairs to the top level, where you will find a mezzanine room with a seating area. This has great views of the lush forest and you will glimpse the ocean through the trees.

Take the stairs down to the ground level, and you will enter the second living space, which features terracotta original tiled flooring and opens out into the back garden. This flat area has a table and chairs and is secluded by the trees.

On either side of the living space are two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two singles beds.

A family-sized bathroom is located next to the double bedroom and has a shower over bath. At the opposite end is a large laundry room.
