Guests may moor either a boat or jet skis, but not both simultaneously. Please note that the owner’s jet skis are permanently moored and are not available for guest use.

The Space

From the gated courtyard the property welcomes you into a large open plan living where the high ceilings and expanses of glass draw in the natural light and subtle warmth of sunshine.   • The swimming pool or spa can be heated – Please Note, the pool is automatically set to be heated by default. If Guests wish to have the Spa Heating turned on, please let our Office know and this can be arranged remotely. Both the Pool and Spa can not be heated at the same time.

  • Bedroom 3 comprises of 2 king singles joined to make a king. Please request if you would like changes to the bedding configuration.

In pet-friendly properties, there is a $250 pet levy per pet (maximum two pets). This charge will be automatically added to your booking total until it is confirmed that no pet will be accompanying your stay.

Please note that a $2000 pre-authorization is required to be taken on the day of arrival.

Please note the owner’s car is securely stored in the garage and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to use the garage space available, driveway and/or street parking, which provide plenty of space for your vehicles during your stay.
