The multi-level architectural house offers an effortlessly casual style and instantly makes you feel at ease upon entering. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this holiday home is perfect for families. Offering an abundance of natural light, this property is welcoming and comfortable, adorned with characteristic timber beams and polished flooring, set amongst lush tropical foliage.
Enter the secluded property through the timber gate and head down the palm-shaded walkway to the entrance. Set over multiple levels, the high ceilings, windows, and sliding doors offer plenty of natural light and ventilation that cascades into each space. Upon entering, you’ll find the open living space comprising a comfortable lounge area, a 6-person dining set, and a centrally positioned kitchen, all taking advantage of the ocean vista. The kitchen is set amongst a tropical background and is fully equipped with new appliances and a bar fridge. Slide open the large glass doors to take advantage of the impressive ocean views of Sunshine Beach. Here you can enjoy alfresco dining, put on a family BBQ, or watch the sunset of an afternoon. This space encourages seamless indoor-outdoor living, taking complete advantage of Noosa’s tropical climate.
At the opposite end of the house is a bedroom comprising of 2 queen beds, a TV, and views out to the pool. Adjacent to the bedroom is an open living space with a TV and sprawling lounge, furnished perfectly for comfort and conversation. On this level you’ll find a newly renovated bathroom under the stairs, fitted with a double basin, shower, and private toilet.
Walking up the stairs you’ll find two more bedrooms adjacent to each other. The third bedroom is complete with two king single beds and a TV, perfect for a kid’s holiday room, whilst the spacious fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The contemporary shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet, located central to the bedrooms for convenience.
Make your way up a set of private stairs to find the master suite. This room is beautifully appointed with a king bed, a modern ensuite, and a joining walk-in robe. Drawing in the light through the white plantation shutters and cool breeze through the veranda doors – here you can sit and take in the awe-inspiring ocean views of Sunshine Beach from your own private veranda.
Enter the spacious and private courtyard via the side of the house or the front gate. This tranquil oasis instantly evokes a sense of serenity with a private pool, timber decking, and a tropical outlook. Relax on the sun lounges, dine alfresco, or perch on the barstools in the covered pool room. The path leading around the pool will also take you along the side of the property and below the house. Here you will find outdoor seating, botanical gardens, and private beach access.

The property has a double lock-up garage for two cars. Please note that the garage entrance is not sloped so cars with a low ground clearance need to be careful when entering.
Ceiling fans are distributed throughout the property. There is no air-conditioning in this property.
