The Space
The property, complete with full ducted air conditioning, stretches across one level which is divided into the master suite in the front section, the main living area in the centre, and two more bedrooms and main bathroom in the rear section.
The open plan living and dining area look out to stunning panoramic ocean views. A good-sized, well-equipped kitchen opens out to the living and dining area seating 8 making for easy, relaxed entertaining. The living area extends out to the private outdoor pool and deck area complete with a Webber BBQ.
The TV/reading room is perfect for some quiet downtime. In the rear area of the home, you will find a laundry with washer/dryer facilities leading down the hall to two additional bedrooms and the main shared bathroom with shower, toilet and a child’s bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning. This property has one-level wheelchair access via a ramp from the carport, and helpful handrails in the main bathroom.

Well behaved, house-trained dogs (max. 2) are welcome at the property – fees apply. Not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture, additional charges will apply if evident. There is a safe, direct beach access (2-minute walk) via an underpass directly opposite the house (no road to cross).

62 Orient Drive is situated just minutes from Sunrise beach. A 5 minute walk will take you to the patrolled section of Sunrise Beach located a short distance to the north.
Chalet & Co café is located just a short walk away serving great coffee and a selection of food options. If you venture north you will be in Sunshine Beach, where you’ll find a large selection of cafes, bars and restaurants that cater to a range of tastes and budgets.
Explore nearby Hastings Street, Noosa, only a short 5-minute drive or easy bus trip will get you there – a bus stop is situated just up the street, and buses are often free during peak holiday periods.
