The space

Prepare to be wowed the moment you step through the door. Large doors and windows are in abundance, creating a beautiful openness that flows throughout the space, embracing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The large banks of glass in the open plan living frame a stunning tropical outlook across the private pool and alfresco.

Appointed with high ceilings, neutral furnishings and earthy interiors, this home’s beauty is striking. The subtle colour palette is synonymous with the natural environment, evoking a sense of serenity as soon as you enter.

Leading through to the fully equipped kitchen, the expansive design and high-end Gaggenau appliances are enough to appease any passionate cook. You have everything you need including an electric oven, integrated PITT gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a dedicated wine fridge. The elegant stone and timber island bench is the perfect spot for both congregation and conversation among loved ones. The kitchen seamlessly flows out to the alfresco and outdoor teppanyaki-style dining area which can be best appreciated over a meal. With views out to both the lap and plunge pool, it sets the scene for nothing but relaxation.

Banks of Japanese-style glass and timber doors allow the downstairs media room to be used as a TV room, library, or a place to seek solace. All media rooms are complete with smart TV’s with Netfllix for your comfort. A music system with inbuilt speakers is connected in the kitchen and master bedroom.

An expansive living room is positioned adjacent to the eight-person dining area. Bathed in warmth and sunlight, this space is ideal for a more intimate setting. Here you will find access to a quiet pool-side deck with wooden rocking chairs – a tranquil oasis for yoga or meditation.

From the dining area, the stairs take you to the two large bedrooms, complete with queen beds and exquisite wooden flooring. The bedrooms share an interconnected family-size bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and a separate powder room. Further along the gallery-style hallway there is another large sitting room / bedroom with a queen-sized sofa lounge.

At the end of the hallway is the spacious private master suite, complete with a king bed and large walk-in-wardrobe. Be delighted by the Japanese-style bath with luxury appointed maple timber surroundings and a walk-in shower with mosaic tiles. The timber louvres and glass door panels open out onto the covered balcony, overlooking a serene nature reserve and lake covered in water lilies – the tranquillity here is unmatched.

With ducted air conditioning and heating throughout, as well as ceiling fans in most rooms, you will feel comfortable all year round.

The laundry has a washing machine, with a clothesline and airer. There are two garages with room for a third vehicle in the driveway. Additional parking available in visitor parking spots.

Please note this property is located in a quiet residential area and is best suited for families looking for a peaceful holiday. In order to respect the neighborhood, we request guests to bring all noise inside after 10PM.

Elysium Noosa is a small, friendly residential community of 189 homes in in one of Noosa’s most sought-after precincts.

The property location is eye-catching, yet serene and overlooks the lake and park. Just moments away you can enjoy walking paths and bike tracks along the lake and through Noosa National Park with its plethora of flora and fauna.

Noosa Springs is a 5-minute drive to Hastings Street and Main Beach in one direction, or to the eastern surf beaches in the other. Elysium backs onto the Noosa Springs golf course and there are a day spa and restaurant there also.
