Parkridge Noosa is adjacent to the Noosa Springs golf and spa complex with a clubhouse restaurant, tennis courts, spa, and championship golf course. Guests have complimentary access to the Parkridge to the rec center 25m pool, cafe, and restaurant. Move Noosa Gym Memberships can also be purchased for the duration of your stay.

Light timber flooring throughout, the neutral calming tones of the decor, and the quality of the furnishings combine to reflect the European owners’ impeccable sense of style. Bedrooms are carpeted and there are many comfortable places to relax in – this is truly a sanctuary for the soul.

The main feature of the residence is the seamless outdoor/indoor area that is the main living area. Slide back the large glass doors and enjoy the comfort of the outdoor lounge area, combined with shaded dining for 8. There is a small grassy area and a large BBQ, perfect for alfresco entertaining in style.

Inside there is additional dining for 6, a modern galley-style chef’s kitchen with all new appliances, and another super comfortable lounge area.

Upstairs, the master suite features a luxurious King bed and spacious ensuite with a walk-in rain shower and double vanities. A glass partition at shoulder level between the ensuite and bedroom allows you to enjoy the leafy outlook through the floor-to-ceiling windows, while still remaining private.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have Queen beds and share a main bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower and separate bath. The 2nd bedroom also features the same picture window as the master suite does. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.

Connecting the guest bedrooms to the light-filled atrium staircase is a spacious study area/home office, perfect for those who need to take care of business while on holiday. A media room features large daybeds and a huge SmartTV.
