The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the turquoise centralised pool. The large space allows for congregation and conversation, with the house designed to flow across the alfresco space, BBQ, and dining area. The tranquil sounds of birdsong and tropical outlook are reminiscent of a rainforest.

With such serene surrounds, relaxation comes easily. There is plenty of space to spread out and appreciate the quieter moments, curl up on the cosy indoor lounge, bask in the sun by the pool, or catch up on a good book on the front sun lounges.

The spacious master bedroom is adorned in natural hues and overlooks the pool, making it a peaceful space for two. Complete with a king bed, large walk-in robe and ensuite.

The second bedroom overlooks the front garden and has an ensuite and 2 single beds. Bedroom three holds 2 single beds with homely furnishings and has access to the main bathroom. Both bedroom configurations can be made into a king bed at the guests request.

Separate from the main house, and with private access, is a secluded guest house complete with a king bed and private ensuite, with the bath taking centre stage overlooking a private garden. This abode opens out onto the pool area and is perfect for extended family members.

This property is less than 1.2 km from Noosa main beach and Hastings Street where you can enjoy boutique shopping, fine dining, and stunning beaches. Or enjoy a variety of restaurants like Ricky’s, Rock Salt, and Wood Fire Grill, which are only a few minutes walk away.
