Known as Cloudbreak, 9 Kiamba Court is named after one of the ten most challenging waves in the world in Fiji. Described as one of those breaks you must see to believe, it’s awe inspiring, just like this home.

Located in a premium position atop the exclusive northern end of Sunshine Beach, you’ll be mesmerised by the expansive ocean and forest landscape along the Sunshine Coast and as far as Point Cartwright.

Awash with sunshine, filtered with fresh sea air and naturally stylish, you’ll be enchanted by this home the moment you arrive, and its essence will stay with you long after you leave.

The space

9 Kiamba Court, a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, sleeps up to 10 guests and is everything you could wish for. Brilliant white, both inside and out, with vast windows spanning the entire space, this is indoor-outdoor living at its finest. The admirable architecture and design offers a truly grand and unique environment to appreciate the natural world.

Entering the home, via the 4-car garage or front door, you’ll take a set of steps to the grand open-plan living area. Timeless travertine tiling flooring expands before you and your gaze will immediately be drawn to the ocean beyond. With high ceilings, neutral furniture and minimalist décor, the home’s natural beauty is striking.

You’ll delight in preparing meals on the huge island bench and cooking using the top of the range appliances. The cool room and walk-through pantry are a wonderful additional touch. The custom-made dining table seats 10 and is beautifully positioned to take in the ocean and pool views. A clever picture encases the TV and divides the dining and lounge areas, where there’s two large sofas and two double-sized armchairs, offering an ambient setting to unwind together.

Wall-to-wall glass doors invite you to step out to the sensational wrap-around balcony with a covered seating area, a grandiose setting for morning coffee or early evening drinks. To the other side of the living area is a stunning central terrace, with statement-stone seating, BBQ, potted plants and a glass-fenced pool with deckchairs. This ambient, private area is an inviting environment to socialise and daydream.

All rooms surround the terrace, affording natural light and pool views, and are exquisitely styled in clean, coastal and calming hues with complimentary furnishings. The first bedroom has a king bed and is next to the main bathroom, featuring bath and walk-in shower. To the other side is a cosy TV room with sofa and coffee table. A fully equipped laundry is at the end of the property and has outside access to the covered vegetable gardens.

Across the hall is the second queen bedroom, which is behind a thick linen curtain and complete with stunning ensuite and walk-in robe. The third queen bedroom is flanked by windows on three walls, offering an incredible outlook over the pool terrace and through the living area to the sea beyond. Neatly tucked behind is a gorgeous open plan ensuite with walk-in shower and robe.

As you ascend the steps to the main suite which occupies the top floor, prepare to have your breath taken.  Feel like you’re sleeping in clouds as you’re lolled to sleep by the soft, sea rolls in the perfectly placed king bed. Fringed by windows stemming from the floor, you will feel like the king or queen of your palace with unrivalled views of Noosa’s eastern beaches and national park. Whether you relax in the central seating area, or lay in bed that little bit longer, this view is yours for the taking. The sprawling walk-in robe connects to the ultra-modern ensuite, which features double vanities and walk-in shower.

Slide back the doors to invite the breeze in and step onto your private balcony with seating for two. While away an afternoon, watching yachts, paragliders, surfers, sea eagles, dolphins and even migrating whales between June and November. It’s easy to be enraptured by this sea of activity and the tranquility of the waves breaking on the golden sands.

Next to the central seating area is the fifth bedroom, which as two single beds and a study area. Block-out blinds, which are covered by custom-made linen blinds, will shelter you from the sun that streams through. Use the telescope to take in the incredibly clear night skies, where you’ll be able to get a closer look at the milky way and stars.

The property has a 4-car garage with internal access and space for one car on the drive.
