Treetops is built for multi generational getaways and grand-scale entertaining, complete with a sparkling lap pool, a fully equipped private gym and sweeping hinterland views. Quiet gardens, lily ponds and shaded gum-tree trails around the property invite you to slow down and relax.

Positioned just 15 minutes from the heart of Noosa, you’re only a short drive from Hastings Street’s celebrated restaurants and boutiques, the pristine sands of Noosa Main Beach, and the riverside cafes of Gympie Terrace and Noosaville. Closer to home, the popular Doonan Pub and the markets and makers of Eumundi are just a few minutes away.

The Space

Arrive through automatic security gates into a fully fenced, manicured front garden, setting an immediate tone of privacy and calm. Surrounded by acres of lush, tropical gardens and situated on 4 acres, there’s plenty of space for friends and families to relax and unwind.

Step inside and the home unfolds with a natural, generous flow. On the first floor, a cosy media room anchored by a fireplace invites unhurried evenings, while a comfortable queen bedroom is complemented by a generous bathroom with dual access.

Follow the hallway past the staircase to encounter the master suite. A private haven set apart from the living spaces, it commands exceptional views across the hinterland to the coast. A super-king bed, expansive walk-in robe and a luxurious ensuite, where twin vanities and a freestanding bath are positioned to embrace the vista, creating a true retreat.

The heart of the home is the entertainer’s kitchen, anchored by a commanding marble island bench and complete with butler’s pantry, Bosch appliances and every provision needed to cook and gather with ease.

The space flows effortlessly into a dining space for eight and an additional inviting lounge area, while a breakfast bar with servery windows dissolves the line between inside and out. Through French doors, the living space opens onto the expansive wrap-around verandah. Enjoy happy hour seated at the open bar with spectacular views over the property and across to the coast, before firing up the BBQ and dining al fresco on the pool deck. The expansive lap pool is an inviting centrepiece to the home, complete with comfortable loungers and poolside seating made for basking in Queensland’s balmy subtropical climate.

Descend the internal stairs to a lower-level living quarters, where comfortable couches and a large television create an inviting spot to unwind. The additional bedrooms are tucked away on this level, all with built in robes, including a queen bedroom with its own ensuite, a second queen bedroom opening onto the deck and lawn. The fourth bedroom is generously sized and set up with a queen bed or Twin singles available on request. A practical laundry complete with washer and dryer also occupies this level. Exiting the laundry, a private gym with a Pilates reformer, Peloton, weights and infrared sauna sits ready for your morning workout.

Beyond the residence, four acres of tropical grounds await. Follow the grass trail around the lotus and lily ponds, pause on a bench in the shade of the gums, and watch for the kangaroos and wallabies that may stop by.
