My husband, young children and I booked a week at Seagrass for our stay in the Noosa area! This was the best decision EVER! The house….though it’s more like staying in an exotic Balinese style resort was so lovely we hardly wanted to leave. The outdoor living area/pavilion surrounded by lush tropical gardens complete with salt/chlorine plunge pool was where we spent most of our time. This property had everything! The kids game room with mini pool table etc was a hit and the kids were safe and content to spend loads of time playing there. The retreat in the pavilion was a dream and after a pool session the huge rain head shower and freestanding bath were the ultimate relaxing way to wash off. The louvres could all be opened up to give that feeling of being in the rainforest whilst having a bath….and the gardens and layout ensured total privacy from neighbouring properties and there were no mozzies!!! The kitchen was fresh, well laid out and well stocked with cooking equipment…I enjoy cooking and found everything I needed there to prepare some of our family meals. Sunshine shops are about a 10-minute walk with 1 small hill on the way back. There was loads of great choice for eating and several places serving really good coffee. When we wanted to hit the beach Noosa main was an easy 5-minute drive! Could not recommend this property highly enough! It was peaceful, clean, immaculately presented in terms of furnishing, artworks etc. Just sad we had to leave!
